Posted by walter | July 19th, 2006 | 12:44 amI’m attempting to make this a comprehensive list of all the free compilation EPs I run across this summer. So far it includes 8 EPs from 10 labels featuring over 100 different artists across several genres including punk, indie, emo, screamo, rock, and pop. The most recent additions/updates are marked with an asterisk (*) at the front of the line.

* Suburban Home Records has released the “Suburban Home and Friends Summer 2006 Sampler.” It features 18 songs from 17 bands you’ve probably never heard of. From what I’ve listened to so far, it’s got some decent indie rock songs.
