Show number two provides some energy for the soul. Yeah, that’s right, this is like Red Bull or whatever insanely caffeinated beverage you use to get juiced up, but instead it’ll make you want to rock wild or mosh your face off. So what’re you waiting for? Listen up, and listen good!

Angels & Airwaves have released a video to coincide with the song “The Adventure.” Tom Delonge has talked about there being an entire movie to go along with the album and this is the firstfruits of that promise.
Everything I hear and see about this band gets my hopes going. I can’t wait till this album is released. It’s hard not to fall victim to hype, but if Tom is serious when he talks about how much of himself he’s poured into this album… it could be amazing.
They start touring England in April and I believe the album will come out somewhere around then, so we’ll all find out soon enough.
Anyway, go to the AVA website to watch the video.
Also, they’ve got a new song, “Good Day,” up on purevolume.

The Show:
This is the inaugural Just An Alias show. It features six songs by a variety of artists who have been making their presence known within the music world recently. These songs all somehow fall under the “punk” genre, though I’ll leave the specific subgenre designations up to the musicologists as there’s so many. To listen, either click the “play” button or subscribe to the podcast. I hope you enjoy, and send me a message with comments or cease & desist orders. Thanks!
Also, see if you can spot the reference to AP.net in the podcast. You don’t have to tell me, I already know it’s lame.

It has begun! As soon as the servers kick in, I’ll finish setting this thing up. I’ll post the first podcast as soon as possible.
